I got my exchange done without too much trouble. It did take a little longer than I expected, but overall it was smooth.

I had a small issue with zorin.co.in the other day, and since I was already sitting with my laptop and a cup of tea, I figured I’d just message their support instead of trying to figure it out myself. They got back to me quickly and didn’t make the whole thing feel complicated. The person understood what I was trying to explain and helped me sort it out without a lot of back and forth. it was a nice change because it felt like they actually cared about fixing the issue

Zorin.co.in is okay overall for what you pay, but I wouldn’t call it amazing. Some parts felt worth the money, while others were a bit disappointing. My main issue is that some of the wording makes it sound better than it actually is, so it felt a little misleading once I tried it. It’s decent if you keep your expectations low, but don’t go in expecting anything too impressive.

I was checking zorin.co.in for a few things, but some items showed out of stock right when I needed them. The site itself is easy to use, but the stock availability could definitely be updated better. I had to come back later, and one of the items was suddenly available again, which was a little confusing. Also, I really don’t love getting those canned apologies when the issue is just unclear stock info. It’s not terrible, but if you’re in a hurry, it can be annoying. Giving it 3 stars for now
